As a Virginia-based non-profit, Tidewater Figure Skating Club has been making figure skating accessible to all for over 50 years. Founded in December of 1972, we are proud members of the United States Figure Skating Association and adhere to their standards of excellence. We are excited to announce our expanded presence in the area with the launch of Tidewater Skating Academy. Our Learn to Skate program is offered at both Chilled Ponds Chesapeake and Chilled Ponds Yorktown locations, allowing us to serve a larger audience and bring the joy of figure skating to even more people in the community.
